CodePlugz provides professional services that are typically delivered in milestones. This policy explains when refunds may be considered and how cancellations are handled.
Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered only for the unused portion of a prepaid milestone or retainer period.
- Work already completed, delivered, or approved is not refundable.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, software licenses, paid tools) are non-refundable and billed as per provider terms.
Cancellations
If you cancel an engagement, we will pause work and share a delivery summary of completed items. Any remaining prepaid amount may be applied to future work if both parties agree.
How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary based on banks and payment providers.
Disputes and resolution
We aim to resolve concerns quickly. If you’re unhappy with a deliverable, contact us with specific issues and desired outcomes. We’ll propose fixes or adjustments before discussing refunds.
